Typically coaching conversations are held by phone or skype for thirty minutes every week or one hour bi-weekly. Coaching is a sustained process of change, and therefore coaching engagements are usually six months in length. The focus and topic areas are set by the team leader themselves. At the start of our coaching work we will hold a longer coaching conversation to get to know each other. You will also be asked to set a plan outlining focus areas for our work. Typically three-ways meetings are held with you and your supervisor at the start, mid-point and end of coaching This provides an important feedback loop with you being able to share your successes, learning and insights. Depending on the focus of our coaching work together, you may want to consider joining one of the Teams 365 Foundations modules which focus on skill development in areas such as Team Leadership, Relationship Management, Presentation Skills, Conflict Management, EI. We can also incorporate components of these programs into our work as well. 2018_leadership_development_and_coaching_potentials_realized.pdfClick here to download our current Leadership Coaching options.
